Early Bird Rate: $2200 | $500 Deposit (non-refundable)

To reserve your spot at the symposium, please RSVP by paying the $500 non-refundable deposit below. The remaining balance ($1700) must be paid in full by the first day of the symposium. Paying the deposit now will lock you into the early-bird rate. Alternatively, you can pay the full early bird rate ($2200) now. Deposits and registration are payable via Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Registration is limited. 

Housing:

Guests will be responsible for making their own housing accommodations. However, we have blocked out rooms at Lincoln Hall for guests who would like to stay on campus. These hotel-style rooms are affordable ($59-85/night) and within a short walking distance to the instruction area of the symposium. They have their own bathroom and the one-bedroom have their own kitchen. Traffic on Oahu can be unpredictable and there is only paid parking near campus, so we highly recommend choosing this option if it works for your needs. Reserved rooms will be selected on a first come, first serve basis and you will be responsible for paying for your housing upon check-in.
